need a second monitor about 22 inch

so my monitor is dying well i assume so anyway, it comes on then goes black until i keep turning it on and off then when it comes on its really dark for a while until it warms up.
this is just my second monitor so i dont need a fancy one with all the bells and whistles. just something 1080p that i can watch movies/youtube and tv shows while i play games.
any reccomendations?

Haven't got a recommendation but sounds like that monitor has bad caps that need replacing. Whats the model/manufacturer?

some old hans g monitor from about 10 years ago its not even 1080p
