Hi, Basically time isn't a factor to me as I'm a student and I have access to 9.9/10 of all machinery available as I go to a Gym regularly. I've been going for 6 weeks now and i've gained 1st 2lbz. by training for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. But the problem is, whenever I go to the Gym I'm unsure of what to do and when to do it, I just have a 'pick n mix' way of working out. SO, I'M ASKING WHAT'S A GOOD ROTOR / ROUTINE? I'M 5FT 5" AND LOOKING TO GAIN 2 STONE OVER 1 YEAR, AND ALSO, I WANT TO HAVE THE CLASSICAL, 8 PACK, LARGE PECKS AND MUSCULAR BUILD
