Need a simple logo made - Please help.

Hi all,

A fellow member made the below image for me ages ago and I still use it today. But he seems to be no longer around so I need some help as I am no good with these things:

Instead of saying 'THE.BARGAIN' I need it to read 'Medical.Bargain' whilst keeping the black/white simple design and be as similar as looking as possible.
I can edit the size my end to suit my needs so if someone could send me it around triple the above size that would be great.

Do you want it as a PSD or jpg or png?? or all 3?

Out of interest, where would a .png be used over .jpg? how do the two differ?
Is .gif always best for moving pics?

No problem, glad to help.. ok for me to remove from server now?

.png is used if smaller file size (if smaller) or if you have a image with a transparent background, so you could put on any colour background and it would look the same (as it has rounded corners so it wont have white corners if put on a red background etc)

Gif is still used for moving pictures, but modern web designers dont use gif unless for an advert or something along them lines... a lot of things is now done with jquery.
