Need a spec for a Desktop pc for Autocad use

Need to build a pc for my old man. Main use will be for autocad.

price point is approx 300. Doesnt need case, monitor or psu.

I have a gt430 but not sure if that is any use for autocad.

Thanks for the quote, should have mentioned that no keyboard or mouse is required. Will the i3 have enought power for autocad.

psu is a be quiet 550w.
