Need a Thunderbolt 4 hub with two monitor ports

I need a Thunderbolt 4 hub with two monitor ports (either HDMI or DisplayPort) but haven't been able to find one. Can anyone suggest anything for me? I need the monitor ports to accept 4k monitors at 60Hz.

It doesn't state whether it's thunderbolt 4 or not but I think the Dell WD19S fits the bill

Why can't you use USB-C/Thunderbolt to HDMI/DP cables?

If you can, the Caldigit Element Hub looks like a good option.
