Need a tv-card...

I have no budget limiting. I plan to stick it into a windows 64bit system.

Anybody got any ideas? Are most of the cards A ok with no big difference or should I be carefull at selecting a good one?
 
Sorry.. I am just really in the dark when it comes to tv-cards and tv-standards and what not.

My system will be windows 64 bit and my screen will be a NEC MultiSync® LCD20WGX2 20.1" Widescreen.

As I don't now much about tv-cards one card looks as good as the other to me when reading about them.

It would be nice to have a card I would be happy to own, even in 2 or three years time if not longer.

So I guess the question is, wich one is the best and able to do the most?
 
I can hook up any tv-cable to this thing? Not that I suspect i have anything but the most common.

If it is so I will heed your suggestion :)

Yeah, I can imagine. Main use of the PC is gaming. I thought I would throw in the possibility of tv-reception too, as I am actually out of tvs at the moment :)
