Need a video card with TV out

Hi, I'm looking for a video card that has TV out ( If possible I'd like it to be PCI-e ) as I have 3, 7 inch car TFTs that I want to connect to my PC.

I already have a GTX 580 video in my PC and I don't know if I can install another video card with it that is not a GTX 580.

I can get a 9400GT very cheap, do you think it will work?
