Need a watermark 'action' in photoshop.

Hello,

I am in need of some photos to be watermarked and I think the best would be to have an 'action' in photoshop made that I can just 'apply' and then move around on image as required.

I'm not great with photoshop though, if anyone can help make one i'll put some paypal funds their way.

Yes I've got the image of what I want the watermark to be but it needs to be made more subtle and blended in so it does not detract to much from the photos I will add it to,
