Need a Windows Tablet for Web browsing/Movies/Remote Desktop

Hi,

I'm looking for a Windows tablet which will be used for browsing the internet, watching movies, connecting to servers with remote desktop, and other basic things. I won't be using it for gaming because I already have a decent laptop for that. It's just going to be for doing work while on the move and looking at stupid images in bed.

• I need it to be Windows, ideally 10. Keyboard would be a big bonus but not required.
• Budget around £250 or less
  
• SIM card slot would be great, if possible. Could also use a USB SIM card thing too
  
• Screen size around 10 inches or less
• Decent battery life

One which I was looking at was the Lenovo MIIX 310 10.1 inch, which seems good although I'm not certain if it has 3G connectivity.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Can use a USB 3G/LTE dongle too

So far the best one I'm seeing is the ASUS Transformer Book T100HA, most ones are quite similar specs for this kind of price range and type.
