Need a wireless adapter

Hi all,

I've just finished building my new PC but I forgot that I need to get a wireless adapter for it (my PC isn't in a good location for a wired connection). Is there anything I need to look out for when buying one? And does anyone have any recommendations?

I had no idea that something like that was even possible, that's really interesting. It says in the description that it can carry speeds up to 1200mbps, but is there much drop off in speed to a standard wired connection?
