Yea Fable II is pretty poor co-op. Player 2 is seriously restricted, i.e. can't even open doors and camera angles are really bad.

I'd go for World at War. Nazi zombies is amazing tbh, campaign is good but you don't actually unlock the levels as you go along in 2-player for some reason. So you'll have to complete the game in single player first (or play 2 player all in 1 sitting).

World at war looks pretty much like L4d I would like a rpg but happy with most things. there has to be a hidden gem that I don't know about.

Awesome fun Although I think it is just 2 Player Co-Op, but can always grab Castle Crashers for when you need up to 4.

Whats the deal with fable 2, I really fancy it but not using your char in another persons game is putting me off do u keep all your stats or is it just playing with some random char but with your mate?

I really wouldn't recommend Fable 2 as a coop experience despite loving the game.

If you fancy a rpg there's Marvel as already mentioned and Sacred 2 or Too Human for that diablo-esque rpg fix or you could try Resident Evil 5, Gears or War or even Halo 3 for some shooter action.
