Need advice about a Nvidia order

the only thing i would say about this is with a titan you would only have to power 1 gpu, and its a powerful one are you ever going to notice a difference in real world gaming? (besides generating less heat in your case + using less power(?))

I really don`t know because i never used the 680 SLI before, and i have the issue that i play at 2560x1440, so i really don`t know if it will make some difference

Wait until your cards turn up and then you will understand better. Hard to explain when you can't see it for yourself.

Just received the 680`s

So i started with your profile in heaven and it crashed, i got a little scared and down a little

Tried this:

GPU clock 120

Memory Clock 300

Passes without any problem in Heaven with extreme

Should i try to go up a little or for a basic OC this is enough?

Another question, i got 72C in Heaven with this clocks, is it ok?

Thanks

If you want to go further, it would only be worth it for points in a benchmark but for gaming, it wouldn't notice.

Those are good clocks and nothing to be down about :)

Normal temps as well and add an aggressive fan profile to try and keep them under 70c

Heaven 4 probably works the GPU harder than the other benches so 72c is not too bad, as Gregster says use a more aggressive fan profile to get the temps under 70c.

If you want to, you can post your Heaven 4 score here.

We can do with a few more GTX 680s:D

Really? Mine seem to crash when I go above +75/+75/125%pwr

Those increases for a 680 are HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE ;)

Mine were the Lightnings and those clocks were rock solid. I was top in most bench results for 680's :)

With Artmoney, I could get the clocks up to 1450Mhz on the core but not desirable with the volts going through for 24/7 :D

Yeah i got this one with regular 680`s, 2 Zotacs reference cards

I don`t know if i`ve tested too much, just tried heaven about 3 or 4 times with this setup and passed ok, no artefacts in the screen and no crashs, the only thing is that the heaven soundnwas lagging a log, i mean the music that plays while you are benchmarking, is it normal?

And i tried to up the memory to 400 and it crashed, so i think i`ll stay with this setup if you guys say 4 heaven passes is engough

GPU clock 140

Memory Clock 300

Thanks
