Old set up:

AMD 4200+ 2.1
4 gig ram 800mhz
Ati 4870 512ddr5 (4000mhz)
500watt psu

Had no issues...

New set up (bundle from overclockers):

Intel 2.5 @ 3.2
4 gig ram 1066mhz
Ati 4870 512ddr5 (4000mhz)
500watt psu

I got the above bundle and put it in my pc, got blue screens and instant reboots. Now my pc fails on the overclock (boots up twice) and set it at 2.3 (still says 3200mhz in the BIOS), no reboots or blue screens. Im thinking i havent got enough juice coming from my psu to power it all, is it underclocking it to adjust its self to run on the 500watt?

Ive posted before and Ive done the help thingy on web note, had no help so far so please can someone atleast tell me summit about the problems im having.

What make psu are you using. Any quality brand will power your setup without any problem.

booted it up this morning and saw a screen saying "warning BIOS had a error" as the first screen, then it took forever to be able to boot it up because when it got to the mb gigabyte screen (the one you get into bios from) it kept either freezing or rebooting itsself, finally got windows up after about 10 reboots... 2.3...

as u can see from my sig, my puny 450 watt thermaltake psu powers mine no problems, ok i don't have ur graphics card..

personally a overclock on that cpu to 3.2ghz can be done on stock volts, dunno what settings they do for those bundles, but as it was a pre overclocked bundle, id just advise to call customer services, as to me it sounds like a bios issue..
