Need help Deciding on i know 1st world problems. I wanted it in the GPU area has you guys know whats up about both sides of my issues.
So, the problem is:
4K
I love the IPS colours, 4K, but Gaming at 4K of course requires me to either play 45-60fps (witcher 3 on high) or hit 60fps and have no AA/HBAO etc. & comparing it to ther 144hz although other games are fine Rocket league, League of Legends Killing floor 2 (but not as fluid ofc)
1440p
Love the fluid motion of 144hz, Love constant frame rates. feels smoother. Hate the fact Colours are crap & 4K screen is sitting right next to me.
so thought i've had recently.
set plans: i am definitely buying 2x pascal cards be it 980/TI/Titan. & other colour calibrate is arriving Tomorrow
plan idea 1: wait until 4K 120hz ROG is out buy that use 4K 120hz as main monitor keeping all 3 in triple setup
Plan idea 2: buy a ROG swift 1440p 165hz IPS use that as my main monitor keeping all 3 in triple setup
Plan idea 3: do nothing wait for pascal 4K results
what would you do?
