Need Advice For A i5 Cpu Cooler

Hey,

I recently bought the following system;
Atrix 80+ 720w Powersupply
Coolermaster Elite 335 Case
Asus P7P55D LE
Intel Core i5 750
Ati Powercolor 5850
Corsair XMS3 4096MB PC10600 DDR3 1333MHz

now im not really experienced in overclocking but since my motherboard has built in software called TurboV Evo it managed to do an overclock to 3.3ghz on stock cooler which im happy with. But i cant really see the temperatures, as i have a feature that saves electricity, basically as soon as i go off a demanding application my cpu downclocks to around 1.2ghz on all cores, this results in me having a fast temperature drop by the time i get back to windows not allowing me to see the real load temperatures.

I have seen it reach over 50 Celcius when overclocked, but because i wasnt sure ive now put it back down to stock as im going to see if any of you can advise me in a cpu cooler (socket 1156) in the region of 30 pound that will allow me to overclock to 3.3ghz and doesnt need to take motherboard off, which i understand the h50-1 requires bracket under motherboard to be put on.

By the way i have just ordered 1 80mm fan and the Akasa APACHE AK-FN057 120mm fan, The 120mm fan is going to go at the front of the case (as it didnt come with it) and the 80mm for the side panel which currently has a plastic funnel, (on the side do i want the fan sucking the air out or in)

Once they have arrived ill take some pictures and post them up for you guys..
Anyways here are my current temps with everything at stock and idle.
They seem ok?
