I ordered a GPU from xxx 2nd hand. But canceled it the same day as OC did a special on the 7950. I refused delivery.
This what I got back when I asked to be refunded. Point is, if they don't get it back for any reason I will lose out?

The order was sent recorded delivery and as per Royal Mail, a delivery was attempted for your item with reference xxxxxx which was not accepted/ picked up. Your item is now being returned to sender.
Unfortunately if you were not able to available/ do not accept the initial delivery, then we will not be able to take any action until this item has been returned to us. Although if we do receive this order back, then we will contact you and get the item or provide a refund.
Please note Returned to Sender orders can take up to three months to come back from the Royal Mail Returns Centre and until we get this order back we can't process the refund/ replacement.
We shall contact you once we have the order returned. I apologize for this inconvenience.
