Most computer specs are irrelevant when choosing a graphics card. The PSU needs to be discussed. What CPU you have is only relevant for monitors past 60hz.

More important than specs are what you want to do with it.
Most important is what monitor you have - not listed above.

Competitive FPS players want monitors > 60hz.
MMO players need >1080 pixels.
Single player or simulation gamers might value ultrawide monitors.

If its only for a 1080p 60hz monitor you can either buy a 2nd hand AMD 7970 for £75, or shell out for a Nvidia 6GB 1060. Spending more would be wasted on an entry level monitor.

We don't know if you only want it for office work, or whether you want it for money-no-object gaming.
