All good fellas, or at least it appears to be. The husband popped round this morning while I was working, apprantly he appreciated the letter and said 'it's nice to know there's some good people left in the world', I guess my letter was worded well. He said there isn't much damage and he is going to fix it himself.

One valuable lesson of life right there !
