Seeing as how its practically impossible to get your hands on a RTX 3700 cards right now, I've decided to settle for the Cyberpunk RT minimum requirements experience. Need help picking parts. I plan on building new PC February of next year so these will be placeholders to run the game.

Here is my current desktop part list:
-Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5 GHz Quad-Core Processor
-Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
-Corsair Vengeance 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR3-1600 CL9 Memory
-Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6 GB AMP Video Card
-XFX 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
-Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 OEM 64-bit
-Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Not entirely sure about RAM, CPUZ screenshot https://i.imgur.com/HFUbRO6.png

I'm thinking along the lines of upgrading my GTX 1060 to GTX 2060, no clue if my CPU will cut it though or even operating system for that matter?

I will be running the game on 1080p monitor.

What would you recommend to hit those RT minimum settings?

Alright that sounds like a good plan of action, just ordered new SSD. Where can I actually grab Windows 10 pro for that cheap?

I've yet to overclock anything not familiar with process, ill start looking into it.

Fantastic, could I just wipe my current SSD for windows 10 fresh install now, so I can use the new SSD for games and storage. Or is it not recommended to wipe old SSD for new OS, instead wait for new SSD?

Any specific recommendations which motherboard and RAM I could grab off ebay for now until big upgrade next year?

Can't find any stock for 5600x right now in UK, would alternative combo be comparable, anything you would change?

Intel Core i5-10600K
ASRock B460M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1200 Motherboard

Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory

Personally, I would just wait until it's in stock but if you are desperate to upgrade then it's not a bad choice.

With a fresh install and overclock you would be fine IMO, most of your problem currently is you are running an old window 7 install and a non-overlocked CPU.

You should be running that CPU at around 4.3ghz minimum. Currently, it'll only boost up to 3.9. With that and a fresh install your experience should be night and day different.

Okay It took a bit of tinkering on my part but I've now got my system running Windows 10 and overcloked at 4.1Ghz not quite sure about temperatures but it seems to be running fine, 40-50 during gaming and 70 during stress test.

Its such a smoother experience! Thank you!
