Need advice on a build :)

Hello Overclockers forum, this is my first ever post. I've been lurking for a long time tbh, but decided to sign up because i need help D:

So my friend has a mac but its really poor at running game so he wants to buy a pc. his budget at max is around 600 - 700 Euros. (He's from Ireland)

I told him because the budget is rather small he could try building himself but he has no confidence in building so i said i could build for him.

Atm he has nothing but luckily form him i was considering upgrading.

My current spccs are :
GFX - GTX 680
RAM - 6GB
CPU - i7 950 @ 3.07 Ghz
Mobo - Asus Sabertooth ?

I told him i was willing to recycle my mobo/ram/cpu to him so he can save abit of money and get better case because he also would nee a keyboard/mouse and monitor etc.

My budget for upgrading those 3 components specifically would be around £300-£400. But i'm not entirely sure what are the best options (i really don't keep up to date on computers)
