As the title says looking for advice on a mobo+ram+cpu+gfx card upgrade.

As always i'd like the most bang for my buck.

I haven't upgraded my pc for 2.5 years now but i can live with the case, psu, hdd and optical drive, just need some help with the rest of the stuff as i 've been out of touch with the computer world since my last build.£400 approx if you could and thanks in advance.

PS:Nvidia or Ati,Intel of Amd doesn't really matter to me,as long as its the best choice for the price.

drop the tuniq tower if you dont need it. personally i hate the stock intel cooler and find them very poor especially if you plan to overclock

jak731's specification looks good to me, although I think the Ram requires 2.1v to boot and the motherboard supplies 1.8v by default, you may want to look at G.Skill PC6400 if you keep that motherboard. Also just to check, what PSU do you have currently?
