Hey guys, wanna upgrade my motherboard and cpu fan dont think the standard fan cools my cpu enough and my motherboard is well its crap, here u can see what i have.

im looking for a motherboard that will obviously work with what i have, and one thats good for pc upgrade later in the future, also need a new cpu cooler, im well out of touch with hardware these days, so can someone recomend me parts from the overclockers site http://www.overclockers.co.uk
