going to buy:
Asus P5N-E SLi nForce 650
Intel Core 2 DUO E6300/E6600 (depends on my PSU tbh)
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400 platinum
2*Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB in raid0
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro

+a cheapo x1950pro (gonna upgrade to r600 gfx when its released, i dont have Xfire in mind though)

plus i've got 2 optical drives and 3 120mm fans in the case.

i cant decide between these 3:

ideally i would want to save a few quid and go for the hiper but i'm not sure if it would support the r600 GPU. I've got a mate who owns the corsair PSU and he says its the best 100 quid he ever spent but im really drawn towards the OCZ 700Watt mark, thinking it would ensure that i wont have to upgrade hopefully in the next 3 years.

ty for the advice(es) in advance

I would avoid the Hiper, there's been a fair few stories of them blowing up on these forums.

The Corsair looks solid judging from reviews and what your mate said plus its modular, saving on cable mess. But the OCZ would be pretty good as well. But personally if I was buying either them I would go for the Corsair.

I'll flip a coin then :p
any1 should OCZ be heads or tails???
jking, i'll go for corsair then, ty for responce

Not the Hiper. ;)

Either of the other two would be good. The OCZ may last a bit longer in terms of upgrade potential due to it being 700w. The Corsair is actually made by Seasonic so it's excellent as well.

Hiper, had a bad experiance with the 580w myself

OCZ is a good psu,had a 600w gameXstream,but now i have the Corsair HX620w PSU & can't fault it,rock solid rails & very,very quiet ;)
