Need advice on settings - app override Do Not Disturb - Huawei P30

I need my security camera alerts to override DND but my Huawei P30 does not have "Override Do Not Disturb/Set As Priority" feature - any suggestions?

Sorry i have no idea but if its the same as samsung cant you swipe left or right on the notification then it reveals 2 icons one for the settings for that notification and then can yuou prioritise it ?.

Also make sure battery optimisation is not effecting it ie putting it to sleep.
