Need advice on waterproof jackets for the winter!

Hey, so after a recent downpour during work, got the cold. Really need a good quality/long lasting waterproof jacket for work.

Which one would be better off/ given the pricing.

I've also got waterproof cycling dhb trousers from wiggle a while ago. But only recently realised it's annoyingly baggy and gets rustling a lot and in the way of my casset in the middle.

I bought a Pakajak recently, fine for a short ride, but boil in the bag potential if riding over 20mins or so at a brisk pace.

My PX Hydrosphere is better for longer rides.

Endura do a really breathable jacket, but I'm not prepared to spend more than ~£60 on a cycling jacket.

The problem is, i do courier work and it's good pay at this company, so I do about 8-12 hour shifts a day. Atleast 90% of the time I'm moving about. But it rains so often, could you link me a good jacket or what alternative? If they're all that bad :/ just need to make sure I don't get another cold lol

This has good reviews and reduced. But is on Amazon for £29, exact one. What gives with the pricing lol, hard to tell what's really anymore...were all in the matrix

Goretex jackets breathe better which means the moisture as you sweat is released through the jacket but the jacket still keeps the rain out. Cheaper jackets either don't do this or do it less well as the moisture gets trapped inside the jacket.

In very heavy rain no jacket is breathable.

There's usually a seller doing the Rapha rain jacket for cheap on eBay, I would get one of those if they have your size. Waterproof and reasonably breathable without spending stupid money. I really rate mine.
