What is the maximum amount of RAM I can put in to this PC and what is the best GPU it can handle (here are the specs!)?

I am going to use it for gaming. Games like Call of Duty 4, Skyrim, Day Z . Not too fussed about having it maxed out, just no FPS lag. Willing to spend up to £150 on a new GPU.

Also, can the 8GB RAM be DDR3 or won't my computer support DDR3?
