Need advice

I need a new cooler but it's got to fit a socket 775 cpu.

At the moment I am using a Noctua NH-U12P but my main issue is tidying the case which is a lian li pc-v2100 plus ii so I was thinking of trying a water cooler instead.

You can see the mess I have at the moment because of the size of the cooler which only fits one way on my gigabyte x38-dq6.

Now I am going to give myself a budget of £55 and I want the quietest one out of these 2.

I seem to be going for the Enermax because at least I can change the fans if there too loud but would still like some advice.
