Need Advices for RAM Upgrade

Hello,

I recently purchased an Asus TUF DASH F15, NVIDIA RTX 3060, i7 11370, 8GB Ram and I wanted to add another ram bar to this laptop.
However, is it worth it to go from 8GB to 16GB of ram and if what type of ram should I purchase as I am a complete beginner .

Thank you very much. To that extent would you recommend buying 8GB of ram or 16GB of ram ?
