Nvidia Geforce4 Ti4600 128MB
Western Digital Caviar 120GB

Samsung CD-ROM (CD 48X Rd)

What graphics card for under £50 - £70 The cheaper the better, I just wanna see a little performance increase? ...

For £50-70 and to still see an improvement you are probably looking at the secondhand market, try looking for a 9700pro or 9800pro from ATI or a 6600gt or 6800series card from Nvidia(probably the 6800le or 6800nu in the price range).
