Need an animated gif maker.

Need a good cheerful gif animator that will string together some jpegs. Used to use the animation wizard in animation shop that came with paint shop pro but don't have any more. Anything that is close to that and free? Thanks

Each frame has to be in .gif format to begin, so use http://www.irfanview.com/ to convert, then Image Resizer to resize. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
