Need an iPhone case

So after losing the case to my phone in a drunken slaughter last night I definitely need to get a new one.

The previous one was a leather pouch that the phone just slid into but was quite expensive, so any recommendations would be great :)

NB - it can't be too chunky as the phone still needs to fit into a pocket, so something similar to what I had before would be great!

the Switcheasy range are excellent and they come with screen protectors and other accessories. I'm going to order the RebelSerpent :)

I have one, excellent case.
Infact, all my mates who have iPhones, have bought themselves variants of it, from the serpent, to the normal ones.
All very good cases.:).

cool, I just hope it will slide in and out of my Jean pocket smoothly without problems.

I have a SwitchEasy RebelSerpent. Very nice case, doesn't add too much bulk. Fits nicely into my pockets :)

The problem happens slightly with my Rebel, although i havnt seen the issue with the variants my mates have, so they must have 'perfected' the design so to speak.

No, they've not changed the design of the bottom part of the Rebel cases, the new Serpent is the same as the original Capsule Rebels - I was considering getting one but I spoke with one of the guys at Switcheasy Europe and he confirmed that that part of the case is identical.

I've had a CapsuleRebel and a CapsuleNeo and I far prefer the Neo, the bottom section of the case is different to the Rebel and seems as though it's going to last a lot longer. Four of us at work bought our Rebels at the same time and two of them have gone very floppy at the bottom in the space of a few months. I swapped mine for the Neo so mine hasn't gone floppy and the other guy changed to a different case as well which I suspect is the only reason his hasn't gone loose.

It does seem as though that bottom part is a weak point on the Rebel after it's been owned for a few months.

Sorry to kinda hihack the thread, but does anyone know of a decent case (other than switcheasy).

I would maybe like a hard shell one? or maybe a silicone one that fits snug?

I have the Swicheasy neo. Very happy with the case. The overall package quality of Switcheasy is very, very good. i.e. With my neo it came with micro fibre cloth, two screen savers, spare sillicon sleave, unviversal dock adapter, plugs for the earphone and dock port hole and last but not least a little plastic stand to prop your iphone in landscape. :)
Got mine of the bay cheap from US with a free usb car adapter. There are some chinese clones about now, though they can't call them Switcheasy.
@Mull3t this guy rates some hard case other than the Switcheasy.

There's some cases that expand the iPhone too much for me, making it huge. It's a big enough phone really anyway but some of these cases, especially the hard cases make it big and ugly.

I bought a Belkin silicone case from my local o2 shop, it won't really protect the phone if I drop it (I'm usually very careful) but it does protect it from scratches with the rear rubber case and the front screen protector. It also hugs to the phone so it keeps the phones size quite well.

I got a Switcheasy Color (silicone case) a few weeks back. Only £10, and works very well without too much bulk. iLounge are big fans of it, and rightly so from what I've seen.

There are various colours available, but I went for "stealth", which is largely black (though with a red "home" button). I wanted something that looked relatively professional, and it does the trick. The home button was my only real concern, but it's looks surprisingly normal/good when you see the case in the flesh. If you are into more wacky colour schemes, then this range of cases won't disappoint!

Would just like to recommend foofpods. Had three between myself and the missus and they're very good. Plus when I lost mine on the train they sent me out another for free when I tweeted about it.
