Need an odd cable (4 pin GPU PWM female to 4 pin fan)

That might be more tricky.

The connector series is JST PH. You can get the connectors and headers on ebay fairly easily and could build one yourself if you are able.
 
I doubt if there are any because the idea of that cable is to strap a pwm fan to the gpu and have it controlled by the gpu just like the stock fan. I had a look on ebay and there are none on there either. I suppose you could make one easily enough.
 
yeah what i was thinking..

i think i could cobble something together using one of the 5v/12v gpu 4 pin to molex adapters arctic cooling supply and i think i have a molex to 3 pin somewhere.

basically i have an arctic accelero extreme IV which requires the evga precision app to customise the fan profile. rather than having another program alongside the aquero suite i want to manage it all in one place. it would give a much more flexible fan profile too.
