I've got an old case from a freind and want to upgrade the parts i've of course got the case and a new 400W psu. I've also got a DVD-R drive and HDD but I need an Intel Micro-ATX motherboard, CPU, a decent GPU, air cooler and at least 2Gb RAM for under £200. Can people give me some quotes thanks.

Not quite doable, if you want decent, this is closest you can get, 265, also it means using stock HSF

don't think you'll get much better than 95th's specs then, depending on the gaming side of things may be able to drop the gfx card down a touch.
