Just bought 2 gig of pc6400 gskill NR, from ocuk, last week. one of the sticks is bad and fails memtest.

Question is do I send the stick back to ocuk or Gskill direct?

Right thanks mate, but its only 1 stick part of... G.Skill 2GB DDR2 NR PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS5 Dual Channel Kit (F2-6400)

Will I need to send back both? as only one is defective, not both.

Would need to RMA as received, both sticks im afraid.

Its worse if its a PSU.. from a PSU/case bundle, argh

Damn that sucks ass. Knowing my luck I'll get another dodgy stick.

Was fine for days then, it went **** up. Oh well, here we go again, I'll send ocuk a webnote in the morning.

If its withing 12 months it can go back to ocuk right? email and ask em. I have just sent back mine today, what rotten luck.

G.Skill are excellent IMO.

Contacted them, got an RMA number within 24 hours, posted and received a brand spanking set less than a week later!

Didn't even have a receipt as i'd purchased them second hand - could not fault them!

After contacting OcUK and getting a RMA number within minutes on a bank holiday I'm going that route. Top service so far.

Thanks for the replies and sorry for hijacking your thread Jimbo.
