Need an upgrade to BF3 spec!

My current set up is:

Asus P5E-VM
C2D E8600
512mb 9800GTX
4GB Ram

Been a while since I have checked out PC tech so I want to get your ideas on what to upgrade?

I don't want to spend a fortune, is something like £300 even do-able

I think I will go for a 6600 and new graphics card, I can keep the ram that way I guess?

At the moment I am running 1680x1050, but I want to go back to 1080p.
