Need a case to fit the following:

2 x 8800gtx
EVGA 680i
800w tagan PSU
decent cable management
Smallish size (going to be lanning a lot)
black
Sidepanel (optional)
enough for 2-4hdd's
big enough for a titan amanda / tuniq tower etcetc
£150 max

But seriously - you're going to struggle to get a smallish case to hold that lot. I think the Antec 900 is probably the smallest case that would you get all that into, and it'll be a very tight fit. And it's likely to get pretty toasty in there despite the big fan.

You can't have a Lian Li V600 or G50 because of the CPU cooler not fitting under the PSU.

The Eclipse would be my choice, but you want to move it about, so I would have to say it's practical for you.

I'm thinking Akasa Zen in white. Then you can be an iPOd fanboy too :D
 
Lian Li A05 when it comes out? If you can cope with the back to front airflow (if you don't care about noise, a beefy rear fan should make everything else ok), though it might need a little modding to get more airflow to the top of the case if you're running dual 8800s. I think I've seen someone say that 8800s shouldn't stop you putting in HDs.
 
If the coolermaster 500 had used that layout, it would be the perfect case. I still want a CM 500 to do some modding and fit the PSU as in the A05 (though I'm worried that as with most CMs, the HD/CDROM bays are rather important structurally)...

As it is, after nearly two years happily spent in near silence with my Antec SLK3000, I'm looking at another case because of the A05 :o
 
If your lanning the Eclipse is suppoed to be pretty light shouldnt struggle to get all that in tbh. I think cable management is good. LOL i wonder if i will go to i30 with my thermaltake armour it ways more than a car tbh :(.
