I'm new to CPU overclocking and I need some help with it.

My hadware:

ASUS P5N32-E SLI Motherboard
Intel Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz
Kngston HyperX DDR2-800 4 GB (4x1 GB)
XFX Geforce 8800 GTX
Corsair 620 Watts PSU
Zalman 9500AT CPU cooler
Thermaltake Soprano Case

The temperature of the CPU is 47 degrees (according to the BIOS H/W Monitor).
I tried to increase the FSB frequency with 20 Mhz. The speed is then 2.45 Ghz. The temperature has then suddenly increased from 47 to 62 degrees.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong, or does anyone has some advice?
Thanks in advance

I'm going to buy a new (better) cooler somewhere next week. That might give me some better cooling performance. Thinking about the Scythe Ninja. Is that a good cooler for overclocking and can I use it with the Q6600?

I bought a new cooler: Scythe Mugen SCINF-1000
The idle temperature is about 51 degrees. The temperature under load (with orthos) is about 63 degrees. Are these temps good?
