Need Boot floppy disk with usb support - possible?

Hi, basically I have an old laptop of my sisters that was a bit knackered with viruses etc so I decided to wipe it and reinstall her software, but I'm having real issues getting it to boot with cdrom enabled so want to try this as a work around.

Does anyone know where I could get a floppy boot disk which would allow you to access a USB mass storage device?

You could always boot from a usb device instead, if the motherboard supports it that is.

I used the win98 boot disk files from http://www.bootdisk.com to get mine to work
