Need bt internet users opinion

Does anyone use the newsgroup service which is giganews servers
if so what speeds do you get yesterday and day before i found it wasn't capped rest of the time it seems to be around 1.3-1.4 mbps speed capped or this an issue only i have?
They are certainly taking the mick throttling at off peak hours i suppose it's still
decent though getting free giganews with 120 day retention.

Yeah recently its been uncapped for some reason, were getting the pro package for free can't complain!
