Need case fan recommendations...

I'm looking for the best, slim, silent/quiet 140mm case PWM fans.

They're going to be top mounted as an exhaust. The maximum depth space allowed for fan fitting is 23mm at most.

Any help will be welcome

Most of the case fans are 25mm thick, if you need slimmer ones there is a limited variety.
For my AIo cooler i had to go with these:

Also, if there is on 23mm for fan, where is the air supposed to flow? We need about 50mm space between fan intake / exhaust for the air to flow to / away from fan.

Raijintek is another slim 140mm

Though it's not exactly standard 140mm "square" fan with frame bigger in one direction.

But really weird that only 23mm fan would fit if there's actually position for fan.
25mm is standard thickness, and any thinner fans are exceptions and lot thinner losing lots of air pushing power per rpm to that.

As has already been mentioned, most fans are 25mm so are you sure it isn't 25mm?

Which case is it?
