HI guys, my mums monitor suddenly started getting pink lines down it so i think the graphics card is shot. Im looking to get a cheap one she only uses her pc for web browsing and printing photos (no gaming). any point me in the right direction?

the last gfx card was a ATi Radeon 9800 XT but i think that was overkill for what she needed anyway.
