Need desperate help with PC Audio and Microphone . Big issue

Whenever I plug my 3.5 mm splitter headset into the rear of the motherboard or the front pannel audio my mic is very low despite being on 100% on windows.. In addition my headset mic picks up audio playing on my pc and others can hear it. Also whenever I plug my headset into the front pannel it picks up any coil whine etc. and transfers it to my audio. I switched the headset with two other 3.5 ones and get the same issue. I even replaced my Mobo and clean installed Windows and did several bios updates. All these issues do not occur when I use a usb Headset. Not sure this is the right segemnt to post this but lets see.

What headset do you have? I have experienced this in the past and it was in part due to my open back headphones having high volume being picked up by the headset mic
