Need Do-it-yourself webpage creation tool

I just want to set up a basic fansite for a game. Like new photos, news, forum etc. Doesn't have to look anything overly spectacular and need to be easy enough to use. My HTML skillz aren't up to scratch anymore.

www.lolwtf.org is an exmple of what I made it do in about a day without any real web knowledge.

That looks really impressive!! Exactly the type of thing i want to do.

Edit: Says in your profile that you're in IT. Surely you must've had some knowledge??
