Hey, I live in the Handsworth Area of Birmingham and need a flatmate to live with for my final year in Uni. My current contract expires in August and I don't want to have to be moving around in my final year, anyone in the area interested? £310 Per Month including bills.
Failing that, does anyone have any advice for me on how to solve this problem? My flatmate is leaving in August and I either need someone to replace her, or move into a 1 bedroom flat which I don't think there are many of in Birmingham that a Uni student can afford, any advice would be helpful!
