Need for speed 2015 freezing glitch

just bought the game on pc to use my steering wheel(G25) and the game is awesome with it, much better than using a controller.

my only problem with the game is that it keeps freezing for a few seconds then it unfreezes. its making gameplay a little annoying as it happens very often.

has anyone with the game on pc had the same issue and maybe know how to fix it? thanks in advance(Y)

btw tried a couple of searches on google but didn't find a "fix"...

Right click on the game exe > untick Scaling on high DPI > tick Run program as an administrator.

Works for some, not all though.

I tried doing the thing that you suggested, and it didn't work. then after a little more time playing I turned it off and checked its properties.

the part about the dpi settings and scaling said "disable" , which was already unchecked. I checked it then tried the game again and that didn't work either.

got any more ideas?

Have you tried locking the framerate in the options ? Slap it in 1080res and lock to 30/60fps and test them both see if it stops the freezing/lag.

I'd just go the basics of setting it all to low and work upwards, hope you can sort it out!
