Need for Speed Carbon

Just played Angie in the Canyon Duel. Overtook her on first leg and won within 30 seconds.

I thought yyyeeyyy, finally.

And boom, the game crashes without auto saving :<

So ye im rather annoyed, looks like ill be doing that one again tomorow !
 
Just tried Darius then, im 86% through now. It was going so well untill right near the bottom i went off the edge :<

Ah well, the Merc SLK (i think?) is what im driving. Clearly a pro car !
 
I just completed Carbon and i thought it was fun, using your "crew" seems to add a bit of fun to it

the canyon races with the bosses are good too, as if you go off the side it's game over so it adds a little suspense

it's short though and pretty easy except the last guy Darius which i couldnt beat until fully pimping my ride

i will play it again as i liked the races and the sense of speed is good

i'll have to dig out most wanted again as i only got to 4th on the blacklist b4 i got bored :D

out of all the ones i tried i found the scoob to be more suited to my play style

you may prefer a different car, you'll have to try them out just try the scooby first ;)

ive been bought this for my birthday, dont get it for another 2 weeks

have they done something entirely ridiculous as they did with most wanted, and left the star car open to whoever paid the most money ?
 
whats your top speed guys? I got 236mph with the Audi R8 :p


btw, I think 350Z is the best car in career mode :p Used it to beat Darius in 1 go :cool:

Can do the game with 2 cars if you go tuner route.

RX8 > Supra

They both handle really well, they do lack on top end though so you will need to make sure you race aggressive with them.
 
I tried the demo of this the other day, i really dont know what all the fuss is about as i was really disappointed with it mainly due to the handling of the cars which i thought felt awful and the graphics looking a bit crap

the last tuner car I unlocked in career was the skyline which is what i beat career mode in.
 
The full version of Carbon is much better than the demo.

I feel Carbon is more true to the origional Undergrounds :D, MW was a different game all together. :(

The Tier 3 cars are pointless until the final zone where you can access the Tier 3 upgrades
I used the Lotus Elise up until the final 15% because all of the other cars were useless in comparison. I then bought the Porsche Carrera GT and from then on it was easy stuff.

I think all of the recent Need for Speed games are dull as dishwater.
