It is possible but you will need to call or contact sales/CS to get them to remove and re-add the CPU to your order and that should sort it for you.

To be fair, that doesn't make it a bad game, as disappointing as it is.
It may be a bad game (I don't know) but not because of the 30fps limit.

I agree I wouldn't buy it separately (racing games aren't my thing anyway) but for free what's not to like, you don't have to play it.

I'm so "out of the loop" on all the different Intel/AMD sockets out there and what their different benefits might be, I take some comfort in knowing I'm not completely alone.

I've tried need for speed rivals and it seems like another crappy console port - cap of 30FPS make gameplay feel sluggish... can't really feel the speed..
