NEED FOR SPEED SHIFT PROBLEMS

I have a running problem with nfs shift. at the start when you just get into the bmw i have two secs then it shuts down saying windows has run into a problem and shut down the pc am trying it on a pc with amd 6400x2 xfx 4890 msi mobo 4gb 1066mgz ram
any idears anyone?

Device drivers all up to latest?

Reduce all game settings (graphics settings) to minimum -- lowest resolution possible - disconnect everything external you possibly can -- try it again .. if it works, slowely add stuff back in until it crashes again and voila -- you have the issue ..

yep instaled 9.10 driver theres nothing connected external apart from chillstream.
