Virgin media have been having bad pings to many game servers, Im working on a thread on VM to prove they have issue & to help them fix it.

but i need your help, if your willing do the following [doesnt matter about your ISP]
What ISP are with?

Please do the following

In command prompt do

tracert 151.236.46.161 > %userprofile\Documents\log.txt

it take 2 minutes to complete then do below

No - the userprofile variable needs an extra % on the end %userprofile%\
