Need good wifi adapter

I need a good wifi adapter? is there one thats the best or are they all the same? or adapter card? I dont know whats best for building a PC

I would certainly go for an internal card with external aerial over a USB adapter. Try and get one that does dual band (2.4 GHz and 5GHz) even if your router doesn't support it now.

Im using a WIFI adapter I got off somewhere else, not OCUK, its a usb adapter, and ive had it for a year, and its fine, but itll be nice to have a adapter card instead, can you link me please?
